Track calls with CallRail

Attribute future revenue to website visitor sources by connecting CallRail to Able. Able integrates with CallRail to associate customer phone numbers with the website visitor journey, allowing sources of calls and future revenue to be attributed to the website visitor sources, as well as to click identifiers, and sent to ad platforms.

Set up a webhook in CallRail

Set up a webhook to notify Able CDP directly as shown on https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/5711246459149-Webhooks.

Please use the following webhook URL:  https://npriqhfcej.execute-api.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/webhook/%%FUNNEL_MARK%%, where %%FUNNEL_MARK%% is the unique identifier of your funnel.

Tracked calls will appear in Able Dashboard as 'Contact' events.
